Health, Safety & Wellbeing
The health, safety and wellbeing of our team and those affected by our work are central to the way we operate. As a heritage contractor working on complex and often sensitive buildings, we recognise that high standards of safety are essential, not optional.
We take a proactive approach to health and safety on every project, regardless of size or duration. All works are planned and carried out using appropriate task-specific PPE, safe systems of work and properly managed access arrangements.
The safety of our clients, building occupants and the general public is treated with the same importance as that of our own team. Sites are managed carefully to minimise risk, maintain clear access routes and prevent unnecessary exposure to hazards.
Safe access is fundamental to all roofing and conservation work. We carry out regular inspections of access equipment and complete daily checks to ensure that scaffolding, ladders and working platforms remain secure and suitable throughout the duration of the project.
Our commitment to safety is ongoing. Tools and equipment are inspected and maintained regularly, and all work areas are kept clean, organised and free from avoidable obstructions. This disciplined approach helps reduce risk, supports efficiency and reflects the care we bring to every aspect of our work.
